31 May- 2018: Trek to Debuche,

Morning starts with lovely weather, as soon as we wake up, we witness Majestic Kongde Himal. At 7 am we had our breakfast and were ready to leave for Debuche which was going to be approximately 6-7 hrs walk. After Namche we had a tea break at “Sanasa” around 10:34 am in Amadablam view Lodge! Terrain was plain crossing Stupas along the way. Weather changes while we start trek.

We started walking down hill through pine and junipers forest and as soon as tea test was off our taste buds we arrived at our lunch place called Phungi Thenga. Lunch was good with fresh vegetables.

We crossed suspension bridge where praying flag sings with river whistle and cool breeze. There was this check points right after we crossed bridge and started walking uphills through dense forest of Rhododendron. It took around 2.30 hours to arrive at Tengboche Monastery from the bottom.

Phunki Tanga Checking Post

Monastery opens at 3 pm and we were lucky enough to observe Monk praying and after that it was a short walk until Debuche and check in at Rivendell hotel.

We were not able to see view on the other hand but we crossed many villages and suspension bridge. Guide Lakpa Sherpa and Maniraj Tamang are really great and porters too which have been made of transportation for ours. I highly recommend Mega Adventures.
